This page applies to the independent information website OKGAMES.my. It does not cover the OKGAMES operator’s own platform, which has its own terms and policies.

Data we collect

• Emails you send us: your address and message, used only to reply.
• Technical data: our hosting provider may log standard server data (IP address, browser and pages visited) for security and performance.
• Analytics data: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how visitors find us. It collects pseudonymous data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. See the cookie policy.

We do not run accounts, take payments or collect ID documents. The Site uses no advertising trackers.

Legal basis and your rights

We process data in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing us.

Retention

Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request, and at most 24 months.
